Individuals operating within this role are competent in the provision of the core BA Services under general guidance and direction from the Senior Business Analyst: Core Services: Requirements Definition - Elicit, analyse, validate and document requirements for business and IT change initiatives. Stakeholder Management Engage, build relationships, run effective workshops and set expectations with stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management and external suppliers. Business Process Engineering Review As-Is business processes and develop new methods to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational costs.
