Compensation: Starting from £80,000 to £110,000 with Options & Benefits

Hybrid working: You’ll need to be able to work from our London office for three days a week, blended with remote working.

This role

Stream was founded to disrupt the payday loan industry by giving workers access to their earned wages prior to payday, cutting out high-cost lenders and putting control back in people’s hands. The business has now evolved into a multi-product platform providing workers with access to high-interest savings, AI-powered financial education and affordable credit alongside earned wage access.
