Business Analyst

Salary: $5,000 – $6,800 per month

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to support system development, testing, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Primary Responsibility

• Be the subject matter expert for users and IT Technical solution manager, developers on the changes required in the applications that it integrates to and the overall IT architecture development from the business perspective • Manage the user requirements raised for Front End Life Insurance Applications and Distribution support from the users and vendors supporting development and production (both on-site and offshore). • Work with users to build up business case, justify cost benefit analysis getting necessary approvals to support projects involving IM and users. • Provide IT Business Support Lead in the business change with users for the enhancements and projects including, planning designing and implementing of Life Insurance Front End applications and Distribution Support Systems and applications. • Identifying and working with key vendors to ensure enhancements and production support are delivered on target and according to SLAs.
