Business Analyst

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month

Location: East Contract Duration: 12 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a banking technology and operations team supporting business applications, projects and system enhancements.

This is a great opportunity for a BA who enjoys working closely with business users, technology teams and project stakeholders, with exposure to requirements gathering, impact assessment, data flows, solution design and UAT management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage business application information for the assigned business vertical, including system interfaces, data content, data flows and information maintained within applications. • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to business users, helping them resolve queries and make better use of systems. • Understand project scope and proposed changes, and support the Project Manager with impact assessments across systems and business processes. • For impacted projects, ensure proposed designs and solutions are aligned with the organisation’s strategic data flow and architecture direction. • Gather, consolidate and rationalise business requirements from multiple stakeholders and facilitate walkthroughs with the project team. • Partner closely with business and technology teams during the solutioning process, ensuring solutions are scalable, standardised and designed with operational efficiency in mind. • Consider opportunities for process optimisation, reduced manual operations…
