Business Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role • Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-engagement skills • Experience facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders at different levels • Strong process-analysis and process-mapping capability • Experience identifying gaps, root causes, dependencies and improvement opportunities • Understanding of Agile, waterfall or hybrid project environments • Experience supporting UAT and solution validation • Excellent organisational and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confidence working with business and technical audiences • Proactive, analytical and improvement-focused approach • Curiosity, commercial awareness, and confidence asking questions and challenging requirements where appropriate • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information
