Задачи • Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish a vision, set strategy, and build and ship solutions • Champion product excellence, raise the quality bar for the experience, and contribute to the design system • Work across the organization to ship cohesive experiences that scale with the broader Asana product • Facilitate and role-model human-centered problem-solving and foster co-creation across the organization • Learn new methods to solve complex problems and find new ways to deliver customer benefits: flow, efficiency, and engagement • Help shape an intuitive, elegant product with a unified voice
