Задачи • Articulate design strategies and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, aligning work with strategic key results • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and the wider Design group to ensure consistency, usability, and feasibility • Contribute to all stages of the product development lifecycle • Maintain and evolve the Data Experience Platform design system in sync with other Platform teams • Monitor performance and usage data and other key measures to identify opportunities and measure the impact of the team’s work • Design and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions • Use quantitative and qualitative sources to understand how customers use the tools, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of solutions

Требования • 5+ Years in a Product Design role, with a portfolio of shipped products • Proven experience designing data products, dashboards, or analytics interfaces • Experience creating and maintaining design systems • Strong foundation in typography, iconography, and colour theory • Experience building design research plans and conducting user research • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools • Strong knowledge of accessibility…
