About the Job:

Pacsun is seeking a Senior Manager, Search Technology & Analytics with expertise in SEO, AI discovery, product feeds, ad operations and marketing analytics. This role will lead search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) initiatives, manage product feeds and paid media technology, and support marketing reporting and analysis.

This is a hands on role for someone who can diagnose technical issues, uncover growth opportunities and turn complex data into clear action. This person will also lead the evaluation and adoption of AI tools that improve marketing execution, analysis and efficiency.
