What You Will Do

• Analyze system issues, business impacts, and requirements; coordinate solutions with IT and development teams. • Support system enhancements, process improvements, and CX optimization. • Build and analyze Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards to drive insights and decision-making. • Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve efficiency and processes. • Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate training programs using the ADDIE framework.…
