Nationwide is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Systems Analyst who excels at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technology audiences. This role requires someone who can quickly learn and understand complex systems, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and successfully coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience working with Jira for requirements, user stories, and workflow management is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is a plus, and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, tools, and emerging technologies will be valuable as the organization continues to evolve and innovate.
