SALARY RANGE: $69,572 - $108,191 annually

WORK LOCATION: Farmington Police Department

TYPE OF POSITION: Regular, Full-Time

DAYS WORKED: Monday-Friday

HOURS WORKED: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

JOB DUTIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Under the general supervision of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Deputy CIO, the IT Systems Administrator - Public Safety performs a variety of administrative and advanced technical support functions related to physical and virtual client computing, application administration, and server-based systems support within the Application Services Division. This position coordinates technology initiatives, supports application implementations and upgrades, assists with project activities, and ensures compliance with applicable agreements, standards, and regulations. The position serves as a technical resource and liaison among Information Technology staff, Public Safety personnel, software vendors, and partner agencies. This position works closely with the Information Technology Operations Manager, Public Safety Information Systems Team, and Police Department Administration Team.
