Senior SAP BW Engineer

We are looking for a Lead/Senior SAP BW Engineer with 12+ years of SAP engineering experience and deep expertise in SAP ECC, SAP BW, and SAP Data Services (BODS). The ideal candidate has led complex end-to-end data migration projects to AWS S3/Databricks, is highly skilled in designing SAP extractors and migration workflows, and can provide technical leadership while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key requirements:

• 12+ years of SAP engineering experience, including SAP ECC and SAP BW data migration • Strong expertise in SAP ECC/BW data models and standard & custom SAP extractors • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), including workflow design, delta processing, and error handling • Experience migrating data to AWS S3 and Databricks • Ability to validate data quality and reconcile full and delta loads • Leadership experience with mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions • Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile teams
