Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. • Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement discovery sessions. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Support Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims implementations. • Create process flows, use cases, business rules, and requirements documentation. • Collaborate with Agile teams during backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production enhancements. • Analyze system impacts and identify process improvement opportunities. • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within the Insurance industry. • Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing, or Claims. • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C)…
