Information Technology Manager

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic IT Manager to lead the continued development of our IT function as a consistent, secure and well-managed shared-services provider.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the Technology Team and oversee the delivery of reliable technology services across Community Services Australia and its partner organisations. You will be responsible for IT service delivery, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business systems, technology governance, project delivery, vendor management and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who can set direction, improve operational performance and translate complex technology requirements into practical, secure and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead responsive, reliable and customer-focused IT service delivery • Oversee service desk operations, incidents, requests, escalations and resolution performance • Establish service standards, performance measures and meaningful reporting • Lead and develop the Technology Team, setting priorities and building capability • Oversee Microsoft cloud services, infrastructure, networks, devices, applications, telephony, identity and access management • Implement and maintain effective cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management and incident-response readiness • Assess and report progress against the ACSC Essential…
