The Senior Informaticist serves as a strategic analytics partner supporting CenterWell Traditional Pharmacy. You will work with business leaders and partners to translate complex or ambiguous challenges into questions, investigate the drivers of our performance, and develop relevant recommendations. As the analytics environment increasingly incorporates AI-assisted capabilities such as Databricks Genie One, success in this role is less dependent on advanced programming expertise and increasingly dependent on business acumen, analytical curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to critically evaluate analytical results. The Senior Informaticist will use governed data and AI-assisted analytical tools to investigate business performance, identify potential drivers of headwinds and tailwinds, test hypotheses, and help business partners understand not only what is occurring, but why it is occurring and what actions may improve outcomes. You combine healthcare and pharmacy knowledge with strong analytical thinking, business partnership, and is comfortable working with payer, prescription claims, membership, operational, marketing, and financial information.
