Junior Data Analyst

Salary: $40 – $50 per hour

About the role

This is a newly created, hands-on role. You will work directly with the Dealer Principal and department managers to find practical opportunities, turn them into well-tested improvements, and make daily operations more visible, consistent and less manual. You will help bring practical AI, data and smarter systems into a real business across sales, service, parts and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Map current processes across sales, service, parts and administration to identify bottlenecks, duplicated work, data gaps and automation opportunities • Work with data from our Dealer Management System (DMS), CRM, service and parts systems to improve reporting quality and consistency • Build useful management dashboards, recurring reports and simple data tools • Research, test and help implement practical AI and workflow-automation
