Role Overview:

As Team Lead Analytics, you will guide the analytics domain within our Business Intelligence team while remaining hands-on with data models and our semantic layer. Your mission is to build and maintain the path from raw data to trusted, self-service insights through robust dbt models, a rich semantic model, a well-structured Looker ecosystem, reliable investor metrics, and enriched CRM data for commercial teams.

This is a player-coach role split equally between team leadership (prioritization, coaching, stakeholder alignment) and direct technical contributions (dbt, semantic modeling, and Looker).
