Position Description:

We're looking for a Product Design Lead to own the quality and consistency of the experience across our product portfolio. As the sole dedicated designer, you'll set the standard for how LBMX products look, work, and feel, and build the practice that keeps them that way.

LBMX Product Managers increasingly create their own wireframes and prototypes with AI tools. Your job is to make sure that speed doesn't come at the cost of coherence: you'll own the design system those wireframes must follow, run the user research that keeps our experience intuitive and grounded in how users actually work, and design the onboarding and in-product guidance that help customers succeed on their own.
