Data Business Analyst (Unity)

Задачи • Take ownership of ambiguous work, structure it, and deliver clear, practical decisions and outcomes • Progress complex work independently and drive it to completion • Identify requirements, plan approaches, bring together relevant people, and deliver high-quality outputs • Ensure materials are decision-ready, accessible, and aligned with programme objectives and governance standards • Lead workshops with departmental leaders, subject matter experts, delivery partners, and operational teams • Shape and assess delivery options, considering feasibility, policy alignment, risks, and service impact • Turn diverse viewpoints into clear recommendations that support evidence-based decision-making • Contribute to transformation planning, readiness assessment, and transition design • Work with operational leaders to ensure new processes, roles, and services are understood and viable • Collaborate with stakeholders across government departments, agencies, and delivery partners • Provide trusted analytical leadership through influence rather than authority
