The Sr. Business Analyst, Data Technology & Operations (DT&O) at CoverMyMeds provides analytical support and strategic insights across DT&O. This role partners with DT&O leaders to improve visibility into organizational priorities, workload, capacity and competing demands.

This position helps leadership understand the broader impact of organizational decisions by synthesizing information across teams, identifying trends and constraints, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The role serves as a central point of analysis across DT&O, helping leadership evaluate priorities, assess organizational impacts, understand tradeoffs and make informed decisions that improve organizational effectiveness.
