Process Analyst

Are you an experienced Process Analyst with a strong understanding of data flows, integrated systems and how information moves across an organisation?

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Process Analyst to help us understand, map and improve how data moves between our systems, including Salesforce, Snowflake and Marketing Cloud.

This is a hands-on, data-focused role where you'll take a detailed look at our systems, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and help establish clearer, more reliable data processes. You'll work closely with Data Management, Data Engineering and Technology teams, bringing together technical knowledge and business understanding to create lasting improvements.

We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge existing approaches and get into the detail of complex data flows—not just document processes, but help us understand how and why they work.

Salary The salary for this role is £48,192 per annum and this
