Senior Business Analyst (Solution Analysis)

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per month

Project Nature:

• To assist the Judiciary in taking forward the design and development work for the implementation of projects under the IT Strategy Plan.

Duties:

The candidate will be responsible for the

1) Business Analysis: • Gathering user requirements through structured meetings to ensure all needs are accurately captured; • Act as a strategic bridge between operational front-line staff and senior management, translating complex user needs into actionable business solutions through versatile, high-impact communication. • Coordinating with the application team and/or end users to drive open action items to closure; • Conducting quality control inspections and testing to identify defects and non-conformities in applications; • Assisting in the development of test cases
