🎯 Your Role as a Data Annotation Specialist

As an Africa Language AI Specialist, you'll earn by putting your native or fluent language knowledge to work, no prior tech experience required.

• Create, translate, and transcribe text in the African language(s) you're fluent in • Rate and rank AI model responses to help models learn what "good" sounds like in your language • Review and validate content for accuracy, tone, and cultural context • Flag the nuances — idioms, dialect, context — that AI systems routinely miss • (For experienced specialists) Quality-check the work of other contributors

🛠 What We’re Looking For
