Position Overview:

The Principal Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for the implementation and support of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, reports, analytics, dashboards, and scorecards that deliver data and information to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BI solutions to deliver accurate reporting and actionable analytics. • Collaborate on data structure design to support BI initiatives. • Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces to maximize BI system usability. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Exhibit strong behavioral and leadership skills, including teamwork, sound judgment, achieving results, and leading by example. • Apply core leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, business acumen, and effective people management.

Required Experience & Skills:
