IDOM Innovations Pty Ltd (Trading as AutoFlip) is seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with management, business users and technical stakeholders to analyze business requirements, improve existing processes and support the implementation of effective ICT solutions. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, together with the ability to translate business needs into practical system and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with management, users and stakeholders to identify and analyse business needs and ICT requirements. • Analyse existing business processes, systems, procedures and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. • Gather, document and evaluate functional and non-functional business requirements. • Prepare business requirement specifications, functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams and related documentation. • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing ICT systems and recommend appropriate solutions. • Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements for system development and implementation. • Liaise between business stakeholders, management, developers and other technical professionals. • Assist with the design, development, testing, implementation and integration of ICT systems and solutions. • Evaluate…
