Job Scope :

• Act as the primary technical advisor to customers, building strong relationships with IT teams, operational stakeholders, and senior management. • Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to understand customer requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and develop tailored solution strategies. • Lead the preparation of technical proposals, product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations, translating complex integration capabilities into clear business value and ROI. • Provide technical consultation, define integration scope, and support effort estimation, commercial pricing, and Statement of Work (SOW) development. • Present solutions, product capabilities, and technical recommendations to C-level executives, IT teams, and operational stakeholders. • Own the end-to-end customer onboarding lifecycle, from project kickoff and requirements gathering through solution design, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and transition to ongoing support. • Establish onboarding roadmaps, project milestones, RACI frameworks, and risk mitigation plans to ensure timely, high-quality implementation. • Serve as the key coordination point across Development, Implementation, Operations, Support, and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment throughout the onboarding process. • Continuously improve onboarding frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and…
