IT Business Analyst

Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month

We are expanding our team of Project Managers and Business Analysts and are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who are keen in developing Enterprise based web applications.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate creativity in deriving solutions for different project/scenarios as well as being proficient in software development lifecycles and willing to work as a team player. Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with various product teams to understand objectives before driving and formulating the best solution, working with internal teams where required • Formulate strategies that take into consideration both the business and company's objectives • Lead interviews and/or user journey sessions with product teams • Facilitate discussions between the various product and internal teams • Work with the Project Manager and Product Owner on risk identification, assessment and management • Report, update and persuade/negotiate key stakeholders to align with business objectives and strategy • Translate business requirements into functional requirements or user stories in a product backlog • Create test strategies, processes and automation to incrementally ensure development is on track and aligned with functional requirements • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all functional…
