How You Will Make an Impact:

Product Ownership & Development

• Own the eArrest product lifecycle end-to-end, including product vision, roadmap, service management, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement • Define, analyze, and manage business requirements, identify process optimization opportunities, and support the implementation of technical solutions • Monitor product performance, KPIs, service levels, incidents, and system updates, ensuring effective issue resolution and mitigation • Collaborate with Development, Operations, IT, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and customer-focused solutions • Manage eArrest services information in public and internal spaces, give needed input to marketing and PR content

Risk & Compliance Management

• Ensure eArrest product and services adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, contribute to business continuity activities, and support audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments
