Senior Business Analyst Outside IR35 £400 3 month initial contract Extensions likely Hybrid 3 days onsite in Bournemouth area SR2 is supporting a client looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology-enabled transformation programme. This is a hands-on BA role focused on understanding end-to-end business processes, uncovering cross-functional dependencies and ensuring requirements are properly defined before entering delivery. Key experience: Strong end to end process mapping: As-Is / To-Be Cross- functional dependency and impact analysis Requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria Strong understanding of systems, integrations and data flows Discovery workshops and senior stakeholder management Agile technology delivery, backlog refinement and UAT You'll work across Technology and the wider business, helping connect people, processes, systems and data and identify the downstream impact of proposed change.
