Applied’s Senior Product Manager- Benefits will define and execute on the strategy for Applied’s Benefits products. The Senior Product Manager is a key leader in developing and executing product strategies across various functions within the organization. This role involves identifying problem statements, conducting market research, and driving alignment with feature and product prioritization based on user needs. You will partner with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including other product teams, sales, service, and technology teams at enterprise customers, third-party partners as we all work to provide lasting value. This role is expected to drive innovation through workflow automation and AI driven solutions to solve customer problems.

The Sr. Product Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. The role will focus on tailoring the agency management system experience for Benefits users, connecting carrier and partner solutions to digitize the roundtrip of insurance, and driving insights by leveraging Applied’s portfolio of BI solutions.
