ERP Operational Support

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong SQL database, query and stored procedure skills • Proven experience with Crystal Reports • ERP or operational systems experience; Epicor BisTrack is desirable but not essential • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability • Ability to reverse-engineer issues and understand system behaviour • Willingness to learn and develop deeper system knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support reporting and data extraction systems • Develop, write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures • Provide ongoing support and updates for Crystal Reports • Administer ERP users, permissions, printers and system configuration • Investigate and resolve data, reporting and ERP-related issues • Build knowledge of systems and workflows to support operational users • Implement small continuous improvement changes • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation • Support upgrades, rollouts and integrations
