Manager, Manufacturing Analytics

Sonova is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Analytics to design, build, and maintain the analytics environment for the Americas region. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on developing scalable reporting and dashboard solutions that connect manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, labor, and financial performance into one decision-support framework.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own an analytics environment for the Americas region • Replace manual Excel-based reporting with automated Power BI solutions • Establish scalable data models and a single version of the truth across reporting sources • Develop extraction and transformation processes from SAP R3, ADP, data warehouses, and operational systems • Develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting packages • Create analytics around labor efficiency, routing efficiency, productivity, utilization, production output, scrap, yield, material consumption, and inventory movement • Build reporting capabilities for standard costing, absorption, manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, P&L cost drivers, and working capital performance
