Quality Control Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

• Working Location: Woodlands North Coast • Working Days: Monday – Friday • Working Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm • Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

Responsibilities

Quality Control Oversight:

• Manage and Maintain Quality of control boards and functional testing. • In-charge in Bond Head Quality Testing • Maintain and Update Test Specifications to meet Quality standards • Manage RMA on control boards, BH, PCBA, Electronic Parts and motors • Perform Machine buyoff, Test Calibration, Set up and ESD Testing • Temperature Control tuning, heater validation and qualification • Support/Qualify R&D New transfer of new design machine, new parts and new features to manufacturing implementation. • Generate/update Test procedures, Work instruction and QC Checklists.
