Our award-winning platform, Broker Insights VISION™, compiles and standardises commercial insurance market data, enabling brokers and insurers to develop a new way of working together.

We launched in the US in 2023 with an offering tailored to that market. In 2026 we launched a totally re-engineered tech stack and AI Search with Iris, the search engine of commercial insurance. The role

We are hiring a Head of Data Technology to run the data behind everything Broker Insights does: what comes in, how clean it is, what it means and what it can answer.

You report to the Chief Data and AI Officer and work alongside the Head of Technology, who owns how people get at the data. You lead the data team, and for now you are also the product owner for data, working with our Product Lead.
